 
        
        
      
    
    Cayuga Climbs Membership Terms and Conditions
Payment
- Recurring memberships must be paid using a credit or debit card. 
- Annual, pass packs, and day memberships may be paid using Venmo, credit card, or debit card. 
- Members will have 1 week to handle any overdue balances due to CC billing issues. After that period is over, members will be charged a $15 late fee. 
Monthly recurring memberships
- First month is pro-rated; must pay for a pro-rated month and a full month before canceling. 
- Monthly memberships are pre-paid for the month; no partial refunds for canceling during the month. 
- Since there are no sign up fees, there is no freezing or unfreezing of memberships, just cancel your membership at least 5 days before the next month starts and restart it when you come back. 
- Memberships are billed monthly on an auto-renewing basis, on the 1st of each month. - Members must request their membership to be cancelled at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle. This can be done by emailing climb@cayugaclimbs.com. 
 
Annual memberships
- Must be paid in full at time of purchase. 
- These are not recurring; members must renew annual memberships on an annual basis. 
- Annual memberships are allowed to be frozen once per annual membership and must be made for a minimum of 1 month; the end date of the annual membership will be extended be however long the membership is frozen for. 
- Cayuga Climbs will refund members pro-rated annual fees due to closure from COVID-19. 
- No refunds due to moving away. 
- By default, no refunds due to injury. However, Cayuga Climbs will assess refunds due to injury on a case-by-case basis. 
30 Day non-recurring membership
- Starts the day of purchase. No freezing or cancellation of membership after purchase. 
- These are non-recurring and will need to be renewed after 30 days. 
Gym Closures
- Cayuga Climbs will be closed on all Federal holidays. 
- Cayuga Climbs reserves the right to close the facility due to weather or any external conditions.
