Private Events

Booking the Gym

We offer people the opportunity to book the gym for private events such as birthday parties. One Cayuga Climbs staff will be on-site to provide supervision and assistance as needed but there are no guided activities.

  • This is a complete private rental of the facility

  • Participants must provide their own food, drink, utensils, and decorations. Cayuga Climbs will provide tables, a sound system, and seating

  • No alcohol allowed on-premises

  • We have a mini-fridge with a small freezer and a small microwave for use

  • At least one adult (over 18) must be present for every three children under 18

Rental shoes are available and included in the package; however, we have two of every size available so depending on party size and participant shoe size distribution, appropriate rental shoe sizing is not guaranteed. For sanitary reasons, participants must climb in climbing shoes so we recommend bringing your own climbing shoes if possible. Please email staff@cayugaclimbs.com for suggestions on where to buy climbing shoes.

Duration: 2.5 hours

Price: $250, flat fee.

Max of 20 participants. Additional participants beyond 20 will be $10 each. Booking requires initial deposit of $50 that will be taken off the final payment.

Refund Policy: Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled for a full refund 7 days or more prior to the event. If the event is canceled or rescheduled in under 7 days, Cayuga Climbs will issue a partial refund of $200 (full fee less $50). The $50 will go directly to the employee staffed for the event.
