
Pound Fitness Class
About
We host a POUND Fitness class every other Saturday from 10am-10:45am. Free for members (30-day non recurring, monthly recurring, annual) and $10 for non-members (or free with the cost of a climbing day pass or usage of one 5 pass pack pass).
Our class is taught by Cayuga Climbs member Laura Schoenle (IG: @lauraaschoenle) No need to sign up in advance, just show up!
